Our billing is precisely second-based. If a call lasts just 20 seconds, you're only charged for those 20 seconds (about $0.09), not a full minute. Our system adds up the total seconds spent on calls and bills accordingly. Additionally, the standard "This call may be recorded" announcements at the beginning of calls are not included in the time calculation. You truly only pay for productive conversation time.

For any update or detail that you want to let the AI know, there is a "Teach Your AI" section in our dashboard. You will be able to write anything there just as if you were talking to a real person. No complicated settings, no technical information needed. Just message your AI in a clear way, as if you're talking to your human employees.
